The market gets bigger as we evolve but there are few important contributors to society in different capacities that are silently working behind the scenes. The Liberian musical journey hasn’t been an easy one, faced with nearly two decades of educational declinations and lack of futuristic development had Liberia pinned to a struggling list of less privilege. Fast forward Liberian producers have emerged with a new style, focused, reliable and much more dedicated to the craft as if their life depends on it for the daily bread. There are many great Liberian producers (Audio) and beat masters out there with name tags of legendary statuses like Infectious Michaels, Stone LuckShine, D12, Just Price, Kizzy W who have all produced hit records for renowned artists across the globe but the list cannot be fulfilled without the inclusion of TWO of Australia all-time best. We have searched the continent and below are the all-time favourites who somehow have influenced the positive image of unique Liberian musical sound.

It is not often you hear of a unique talent so quiet and full of musical passions but as the name rings, Z-I to lay T-O, you definitely know something of a class is about to drop. The documentary saw ZITO as the official producer for Australian hip-hop artist Torit Chol Bol. ZITO has produced great projects for Australia duo G Star Boys, Mr Shugga and many others. The award-winning artist is currently signed to Heart Beat Records owned and managed by legendary producer Infectious Michaels, Zito is and remains undoubtedly one of Liberia international and all-time favourite and making big moves down under.

ENVY PRINCE

Born in the world of music and biblical origination, Envy Prince has worked his way to becoming a household name. The producer has produced many great works including E Plus – Party Animal which remains one of Liberia all-time hit Afropop track with over 40,000 views to date. Mix-matching somewhere between the glistening and dance-ready sound of Afrobeat, Envy is the master of his craft. From a musical background, the producer has served in various churches and played various instruments. Unlike most producers, Envy does sing as well but haven’t released a track of his own to date. Talks of crystal clear sound and well mastered and engineered works, ENVY PRINCE is the man for the job.
